Hello there, and welcome to my blog!
My full name is Amrita Sai Elango, but my nickname is Nammy.
I'll get to why later, but this is my world of writing. Here, I write about my thoughts, my life, reviews on books that I read and movies that I watch, tips for health, productivity, lifestyle, and much more!
At the moment, I am aiming to lead a productive lifestyle where I follow all my passions, earn some money from the side hustles I can do as a teenager, and also focus on my health so I don't spend the whole day in front of a screen doing nothing. I am reading a lot of books on finance, productivity, and health to improve my habits and slowly succeed in all my goals. I want to share my full journey on this blog by writing whatever I feel or want to post here.
If you wish to follow my journey and support me, then feel free to join me and read my blog!
Some extras about me:
- I have already published a book called Marvel's Greatest Assembled, in which I reviewed every Marvel movie and show up until Moon Knight and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. You can buy it now by searching it up on Google: it's on Amazon. Pretty cool, right?
- The reason my nickname is 'Nammy' is because... Well, it's a bit of a long story.
When I was five or six, I created this imaginary world for myself called 'Bali', where there were several countries, cities, and kingdoms, with a ton of characters I used to write stories about. Just for reference, my initial imagination of Bali had nothing to do with the island in Indonesia which is also called Bali, although if I ever write stories happening in Bali, I might connect them with the island in Indonesia.
Anyway, Bali had a capital city called 'Nambase', where the Kingdom of Bali was located. The king of Bali was called 'Amrita Bali Sri', and although I first included myself in the lore and wrote Amrita Bali as being my own son, I changed him to be simply the king of Bali when the most important events of the world took place (such as the Two Great Wars, which was an ultimate clash of good and evil, and later the Reign of Evil -- you can see how much time I spent on building this world).
One day, I suddenly became interested in building robots, but that was too complicated, so I just wanted to get into programming instead. I remembered that somebody had recommended a website called Scratch to me a long time ago - a platform where young kids can learn programming and talk with other kids in the community, collaborate, and have fun. Now, I can definitely say that Scratch has made it a lot easier for me to get into other programming languages, as I learnt a lot of basic things about programming there, such as functions and events.
When I first joined Scratch, I set my name to be 'Nambaseking01', obviously meaning the king of Nambase. However, when I began to build a friend group on the platform, it quickly became obvious that it was a bit tedious to call me 'Nambaseking01' every time someone wanted to talk with me, so my followers & friends started calling me 'Nammy'. Because I spent most of my childhood on Scratch, I got so used to this name that I adapted it as my nickname, to the point where a lot of my parents' IRL friends only know me as Nammy, and not even as Amrita Sai Elango. I honestly don't know how to feel about that.
- I am currently 13 years old.
Obviously, this can change. Don't get surprised if you're some dude from 2100 going through my blog and see some old Indian guy with a long beard.
- I am addicted to reading and watching movies & shows.
- I want to become big in the film industry.
- I am currently trying to write another book.
I am single.- I love productivity and am trying to lead the healthiest & best life possible right now that will benefit my future.
- I love Roblox. I had a whole gaming channel once with a thousand subscribers. I love Minecraft too.
- I AM ADDICTED TO MUSIC. LIKE, SERIOUSLY. HELP.
Hopefully, you learnt some stuff about me from this list! I hope you enjoy your time in my world, and when you leave, I promise you will have learnt something and be happier than you were before.
